SEM

This is a one day advanced training course on the SEM (Single Electricity Market). The morning session will focus on the trends and developments, together with operational matters arising, since the SEM commenced on 1st Nov 2007. The afternoon session will address some of the wider issues in the electricity market such as the CPM (capacity payments mecha-nism) and increasing levels of wind penetration and their impact on the SEM. The course will be highly interactive so that persons attending gain the maximum benefit from the course.
