Outline of Training Course: The focus of day 1 will be on reducing uncertainties in resource calcula-tions in order that developers can maximise value from their projects and prepare projects for financing.
Who Should Attend: This course will provide attendees with a comprehensive introduction to state of the art wind resource assessment, energy yield analysis and wind farm design methods. There will be a strong focus on how uncertainty in resource and energy yield calculations can be reduced, and also on how to minimise turbine performance issues in complex flow environments (such as complex terrain and forestry).
