One of the most frustrating issues you can experience is the inability to spend time on the areas which will deliver the professional and personal results you want. Time spent solving needless problems and managing miscommunication can hugely impact on the positive outputs from your time.
This programme will enable you to acquire greater control of your work environ-ment leading to greater effectiveness and less stress. You will create new habits in personal organisation and time management leading to a greater return from the same effort. By using techniques developed in sports psychology, you will also learn to manage your own mental game and become resilient by developing a success psychology.
