David will formally launch a new report from Pöyry Cheaper and Greener: How renewable energy will deliver low-cost power to Irish homes and businesses which highlights the benefits to the electricity consumer of the proposed Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (RESS) and identifies some of the challenges facing the Irish Corporate PPA market.
